• We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases
• Only those item/s with some manufacturing defect, damage or is/are different from what was ordered are returned or exchanged. Please write to us at viam@viam.co.in stating the defect along with relevant product imagery clearly showing the defect.
• Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
