At VIAM, we do not keep ready stock of goods to ensure that each of our patrons receive their orders made with utmost care, specifically for them whenever an order is placed.

Many artisans may have worked on your goods. Use of artisanal techniques such as hand (block) printing; hand sewing, stitching & embroidery may result in product with some inherent variation to what you see on the screen. These ‘variation/s’ are not to be construed as defect.

o We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases

o Only those item/s with some manufacturing defect, damage or is/are different from what was ordered are returned or exchanged. Please write to us at viam@viam.co.in stating the defect along with relevant product imagery clearly showing the defect.

o Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Exchange

We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or style within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is allowed for product of same or greater value only.
