1) How many days does it take to ship a product?

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of being received.

2) Do you ship items globally?

Yes.

3) What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping within India & charge INR 6000/US$70 on all orders outside of the country.

4) Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges on international orders?

Customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers  at the time of shipment delivery. 

The amount of duties and taxes will depend on the policies of your destination country.

5) Is there an Express Delivery?

We do not keep ready stock of most styles unless otherwise indicated under the product section. Unless not mentioned specifically, all orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order.

6) Do you offer Customization?

Customization is offered for orders upwards of Rs 100,000/US$1150 only & 10% customization charge is applicable on all such orders.
